1 Introduction

Welcome to PocketRestro ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). PocketRestro is a food ordering platform operated by Sandeep Singh, an individual doing business as PocketRestro, accessible via pocketrestro.in and related mobile applications.

By accessing or using our Platform, you ("User", "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2 Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or access the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3 Platform Role

PocketRestro acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with independent restaurant partners ("Restaurants"). PocketRestro does not own, manage, or operate any restaurant listed on the platform.

Restaurants are solely responsible for the quality, safety, preparation, packaging, and delivery of food items. Complaints regarding food quality, incorrect orders, or delivery issues should be directed to the respective restaurant or our support team.

4 Account Registration

Users may be required to create an account to place orders. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.
• Notify us immediately at support@pocketrestro.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5 Ordering & Payments

5.1 Order Placement

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase food from the selected restaurant. The order is confirmed only upon acceptance by the restaurant and successful payment processing.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly shown before checkout.

5.3 Payment

We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets through our secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store card details on our servers.

5.4 Order Confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent via SMS or in-app notification. In the rare event a restaurant cannot fulfil your order, you will be notified and a full refund will be initiated.

6 Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before the restaurant begins preparation. Once accepted and preparation has begun, cancellations will not be entertained. To cancel, contact support@pocketrestro.in or use the in-app option immediately after placing the order.

Cancellations initiated by the restaurant due to non-availability will result in an automatic full refund within 5–7 business days.

7 User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory reviews.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with Platform services.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts without permission.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, brand names, text, graphics, user interface, and software — is the property of Sandeep Singh doing business as PocketRestro, and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PocketRestro and Sandeep Singh shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Food quality, hygiene, or safety issues caused by restaurant partners.
• Delays or failures in delivery attributable to restaurants or third-party delivery partners.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sandeep Singh, PocketRestro, its restaurant partners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
